We want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, within 5–7 business days of the item being returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
